Blinkit gift cards (each a “Gift Card”) are issued by Pinelabs Limited, an entity incorporated in accordance with laws of India (“Pinelabs”), authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) under the PPI Master Directions.
By purchasing, using, or redeeming a Gift Card on the Blinkit Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Gift Card redemptions are limited to ?25,000 per User per calendar month.
The Gift Card bears a 16-digit electronic PPI number along with a 6-digit PIN.
Gift Cards can be redeemed only on the Blinkit mobile application (“Blinkit Platform”).
Once purchased, the Gift Card cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
The User must load the Gift Card value into their Blinkit Account before redemption; this constitutes registration with Pinelabs.
The Blinkit Account balance will be used for purchases on the platform.
The Gift Card can be combined with promotional codes and other payment methods at Blinkit’s discretion.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.
Unused balances cannot be transferred to another Blinkit Account.
Gift Cards are available in denominations from INR 500 to INR 10,000.
Gift Cards with the earliest expiry will be used first in case of multiple cards.
No fees or charges apply to Gift Card purchases.
No interest is payable on Gift Card balances.
The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from activation.
Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 72 hours.
International credit/debit cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
Usage details are available on the Blinkit Platform.
If purchase exceeds balance, remaining amount must be paid via other payment methods.
User information may be shared with RBI or authorities as required; consent is provided upon registration.
Users must provide accurate information and comply with KYC/AML guidelines.
Blinkit may modify terms without prior notice.
Non-functional Gift Cards will only be replaced for remaining value.
Blocking requests are accepted only from registered users or authorized authorities.
Cancellations are at Blinkit’s discretion.
Blinkit may reject Gift Cards suspected of duplication.
Fraudulent or unlawful usage may result in voiding the Gift Card and account actions.
Misuse will result in order cancellation without liability.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to Blinkit Money balance.
User is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the Gift Card details.
Expired Gift Cards may be revalidated within 1 year upon request and verification.
User agrees to indemnify Blinkit and affiliates against third-party claims.
Blinkit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
No warranties are provided regarding Gift Cards.
These Terms prevail over conflicting terms on the platform.
Blinkit Platform access may not always be uninterrupted.
Liability of Blinkit is limited to the value of the Gift Card.
