The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and is applicable for dine-in transactions only. The validity will not be extended under any circumstances.
The Gift Card will be issued in the form of an e-voucher.
The customer must inform the staff about the usage of the e-voucher before placing the order.
The Gift Card is redeemable only once. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
Each Gift Card is redeemable in a single transaction only. Partial redemption will result in forfeiture of the remaining balance.
Multiple Gift Cards cannot be clubbed in a single transaction.
If the invoice amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or any other accepted payment method.
No refund will be provided for expired Gift Cards.
Once expired, the Gift Card cannot be used for any transaction.
The Gift Card can be used only for purchases at Subway restaurants (Company Owned and Franchisee outlets) as per the applicable outlet list.
Subway® shall not be liable if the Gift Card cannot be used at a particular restaurant due to technical errors or operating system issues.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Subway products on any delivery platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, ONDC sellers, etc.).
If the invoice is paid without providing Gift Card details, the invoice cannot be amended later to include the Gift Card redemption, and no refund request will be entertained.
Once purchased, the Gift Card cannot be cancelled, redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged, or reloaded.
No refunds will be issued for lost Gift Cards, and expired Gift Cards cannot be revalidated.
Any invoice billed using a Gift Card cannot be cancelled. The Gift Card will be considered consumed.
