The bearer of the Gift Card is solely responsible for the safety of the Gift Card. IKEA will not be responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the Gift Card is stolen, lost or used without the permission of the person who purchased the Gift Card from IKEA. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India. The purchase of the Gift Card is subject to fulfilment of Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) requirements stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India, the Government of India and other statutory authorities from time to time. The purchaser agrees to indemnify IKEA for all claims brought by a third party against IKEA and/or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
