The eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The eGift Card can be redeemed only once. If the purchase amount is less than the card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.
If the bill amount exceeds the card value, the balance must be paid by the customer at the time of redemption.
Partial redemption is not allowed over multiple transactions. The card must be used in a single purchase.
Multiple eGift Cards can be combined and used in a single transaction.
The eGift Card is valid only for offline/in-store purchases.
For balance enquiry and validity, SMS FCBAL <space> 16-digit card number to 56767.
This eGift Card is non-reloadable and non-transferable.
No refund or credit note will be issued against any unused or unredeemed value.
The eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Once issued, the eGift Card cannot be cancelled, replaced, or reissued, even in case of loss, theft, or damage.
