Terms & Conditions – UniPin Voucher (UV)
1. Eligibility and Redemption: UniPin Voucher (“UV”) is a prepaid/gift card issued in India and is valid only for residents of India making purchases on unipin.com/India. UVs are issued by UniPin (India) Private Limited (“UIPL”).
Redemption Methods:
A. Direct Top-Up to Game using UV:
Visit www.UniPin.com and select a game to top up or purchase a game voucher.
Only games available in India can be topped up using the UV.
Select the desired denomination matching the UV value, choose “Physical Voucher”, and then select “UniPin Voucher”.
Enter the UniPin Voucher Serial Number and PIN, then click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.
The UV amount will be credited to your game account, or the game voucher will be sent to your registered email.
B. Redeem Game Voucher via UniPin Game Account:
You must be a registered UniPin user.
Log in to your UniPin account at www.UniPin.com.
Click on “Top Up” and select reload with UV.
Enter the UniPin Voucher Serial Number and PIN, then click “Confirm”.
The UV balance will be added to your UniPin account and can be used to purchase game codes or vouchers.
2. Limitations:
Each UV can be redeemed only once. Any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry or redemption.
The UV is not redeemable for cash or other cards, is not reloadable or refundable, and cannot be combined with other UVs or payment instruments.
The UV cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value except as permitted by applicable law.
Upon purchase, the risk of loss and title of the UV passes to the purchaser.
UIPL disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the UV and www.unipin.com.
UIPL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the UV subject to applicable law.
3. Fees and Expiry:
No fees apply to the UV.
The UV is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Fraud:
UIPL is not responsible if a UV is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
UIPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and charge alternative payment methods if a UV used on www.unipin.com has been obtained fraudulently.

6. Limitation of Liability:
UIPL shall not be liable if the UV is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization.
UIPL makes no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except those required by law.
If a UV is non-functional due to a technical issue, UIPL may exchange it with the same balance amount.
UIPL is not liable for failure caused by third-party issues such as device malfunction or internet/network service disruptions.
7. General Terms:
These terms are subject to the UniPin Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
For complaints, users must first contact Customer Care and allow UIPL an opportunity to resolve the issue.
UIPL reserves the right to amend these terms of service at its sole discretion, as permitted by law.
