The Good Bowls Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/Android app.
The Good Bowls Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs), incorporated under the laws of India and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such Gift Cards under the brand name Qwikcilver.
Every holder of the Gift Card must add the stored value into the EatSure user account.
The Good Bowls Gift Card is a prepaid payment instrument subject to RBI guidelines. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may share KYC details or transaction-related information with RBI or other statutory authorities and may contact the purchaser/redeemer for such information.
If KYC details are found incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs reserve the right to cancel the Gift Card.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall honor blocking requests only from registered users as per the terms.
The Good Bowls Gift Card can be purchased using debit or credit cards issued by Indian banks. It cannot be purchased using cash or prepaid wallets.
The Good Bowls Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Good Bowls Gift Card.
No cash withdrawal is permitted against the Good Bowls Gift Card.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs reserve the right to cancel Gift Cards purchased fraudulently. Funds will be credited back to the original source.
If an order is cancelled as per the cancellation policy after redeeming the Gift Card, the equivalent amount will be credited back to the Good Bowls Gift Card.
The cardholder may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card, subject to verification and additional terms.
To redeem, enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and MPIN at checkout.
If the service value exceeds the Gift Card value, the difference must be paid using other available payment modes.
The Good Bowls Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until the value is exhausted.
Only one Gift Card can be used per order.
No fees or charges apply to the purchase of Gift Cards. Delivery charges and applicable taxes may apply.
This Gift Card does not allow top-up or reload.
The Good Bowls Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited and/or Pine Labs are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
No duplicate card will be issued.
EatSure shall not be liable for any unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made using this Gift Card.
The Gift Card is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Gift Cards are normally sent instantly via email/SMS; however, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to system issues.
In case of disputes, EatSure reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Gift Card.
