The Sweet Truth Dessert Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/Android app.
The Sweet Truth Dessert Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs), a company incorporated under the laws of India and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such Gift Cards under the brand name Qwikcilver.
Every holder of the Gift Card must add the stored value into the EatSure User Account.
The Gift Card is a prepaid payment instrument subject to RBI regulations. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may request KYC details of the purchaser/redeemer and share such information with RBI or statutory authorities if required.
If beneficiary/KYC details are found incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs reserve the right to cancel the Gift Card.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall consider requests for blocking Gift Cards only from registered users as per terms.
The Gift Card can be purchased using debit and credit cards issued by Indian banks. It cannot be purchased using cash or prepaid wallets.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Sweet Truth Dessert Gift Card.
No cash withdrawal is permitted against the Gift Card.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs reserve the right to cancel Gift Cards found to be purchased fraudulently. In such cases, funds will be credited back to the original source.
If an order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe after redemption, the equivalent amount will be credited back to the Gift Card.
The cardholder may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card, subject to verification and applicable terms and conditions.
To redeem, enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and MPIN at checkout.
If the purchase value exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid using other available payment modes.
The Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until the value is exhausted.
Only one Gift Card can be used per order.
No fees or charges apply for purchasing the Gift Card.
Delivery charges and applicable taxes may apply.
The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or topped up.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
