The Biryani Life Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/Android app.
The Biryani Life Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (“Pine Labs”), a company incorporated under the laws of India and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such Gift Cards. These Gift Cards are issued under the brand name “Qwikcilver”.
Every holder of the Gift Card is required to add the stored value into their EatSure user account.
The Biryani Life Gift Card is a prepaid payment instrument subject to RBI regulations. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may share purchaser/redeemer KYC details or transaction information with RBI or other statutory authorities and may contact users for additional information.
If beneficiary/KYC details are found incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall honor requests for blocking Gift Cards only from users registered as per applicable terms.
The Gift Card can be purchased using debit or credit cards issued by Indian banks. It cannot be purchased using cash or prepaid wallets.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another The Biryani Life Gift Card.
No cash withdrawal is permitted against the Gift Card.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards purchased fraudulently. Funds will be credited back to the original payment source.
If an order is cancelled within the cancellation policy timeline after redemption, the redeemed amount will be credited back to the Gift Card.
The cardholder may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card, subject to verification and additional terms.
To redeem, the user must enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and MPIN on the payment/checkout page.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card value, the difference must be paid through other available payment modes.
The Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until the balance is exhausted.
Only one Gift Card can be used per order.
No fees or charges apply to the purchase of the Gift Card.
Delivery charges and applicable taxes may apply.
The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or topped up.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited and/or Pine Labs are not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
No duplicate Gift Card will be issued.
EatSure shall not be liable for any unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made using this Gift Card.
The Gift Card is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly via email/SMS. Due to system issues, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours.
In case of disputes, EatSure reserves the right to determine the authenticity of the Gift Card.
EatSure reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
