The Lunchbox Meals Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/Android app.
The Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited under the brand name Qwikcilver and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Every holder must add the value stored on the Gift Card to their EatSure user account.
The Gift Card is a prepaid payment instrument subject to RBI guidelines.
Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Pine Labs may share purchaser/redeemer KYC details or transaction information with RBI or other statutory authorities as required and may contact users for such information.
If beneficiary/KYC details are incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines, the Gift Card may be cancelled.
Blocking requests will be honored only for registered users as per applicable terms.
The Gift Card can be purchased only using debit or credit cards issued by Indian banks. Cash and prepaid wallets are not permitted.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Lunchbox Meals Gift Card.
No cash withdrawal is permitted against the Gift Card.
Fraudulently purchased Gift Cards may be cancelled and funds refunded to the original payment source.
If an order is cancelled within the applicable cancellation timeframe after redeeming the Gift Card, the redeemed amount will be credited back to the Gift Card.
Expired Gift Cards may be revalidated upon request, subject to verification and additional terms and conditions.
To redeem, enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and MPIN at checkout.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using other available payment methods.
The Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until the balance is exhausted.
Only one Gift Card can be used per order.
No additional fees or charges apply to the purchase of the Gift Card.
Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be charged as per the order.
The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or topped up.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The user is responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. No duplicate card will be issued if lost or stolen.
EatSure shall not be liable for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash (in part or full).
Gift Cards are generally delivered instantly via email/SMS. In case of system issues, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours.
In case of disputes, EatSure reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Gift Card.
EatSure reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
